Ventura USD

Description: Adult & Continuing Education Facility HVAC Upgrade Project. Upgrade of the HVAC at the Adult Education Building and building interior renovation work. Work includes interior demolition, acoustical ceilings, rough carpentry, flooring, painting, doors and HW, structural steel, concrete, fire sprinkler – deferred approval, roofing, HVAC units and ducting, gas piping, condensate drains, electrical. Asbestos abatement on roof limited to the work required to for the installation of the upgraded HVAC units and any other subsequent repair for any damage.
