Waisman Construction has been awarded the following project:

Los Angeles County Office of Education Phase 2 Main Lobby
Description: Project consisted of full demoing and abating the main lobby for the LACOE. Remodeling entry way, front desk area and waiting room area, installation of storefront entre way to main boardroom, LED lighting throughout the lobby, concrete staining, wood Veneer wall panels and carpeting. Owner: Los Angeles County Office of Education

Waisman Construction has been awarded the following project:

Ventura USD
Description: Adult & Continuing Education Facility HVAC Upgrade Project. Upgrade of the HVAC at the Adult Education Building and building interior renovation work. Work includes interior demolition, acoustical ceilings, rough carpentry, flooring, painting, doors and HW, structural steel, concrete, fire sprinkler - deferred approval, roofing, HVAC units and ducting, gas piping, condensate drains, electrical. Asbestos abatement on roof limited to the work required to for the installation of the upgraded HVAC units and any other subsequent repair for any damage. Owner: Ventura Unified School District
